The timeline
What happens
We arrive ahead of your guests, build the booth, light it and test the prints, so it is ready and quiet before anyone walks in.
The booth opens with the dance floor. A live attendant welcomes guests in, works the props and keeps the line moving, so nobody waits long and nobody feels rushed.
Unlimited 2x6 prints come off the printer as each session ends, and guests text or email the same photos to themselves before they head back to the floor.
Every guest leaves with prints in hand and the photos already on their phone, so the night keeps circulating long after the last dance.
The booth
A 24 megapixel DSLR camera and professional studio lighting, so every strip comes out crisp, bright and evenly lit, the way a portrait studio would shoot it.
A live attendant sets up before your guests arrive, welcomes people in, keeps the line moving and packs it all down after the last dance. Neither of you has to think about it once.
Your tap to start screen and your print layout are hand-drawn by our in-house designer around your colors and your names, so the strips your guests take home look like they were made for the wedding, because they were.
Keepsakes
Your guests leave with the strips. Add a guest book and you leave with the book: every session drops a print inside it, and whoever was in the photo writes you a note beside it, so every face from the night and every message land in one place.
The keepsake box that comes with our wedding package holds a copy of every strip printed that night, so the whole reception is in your hands before the honeymoon.

Booking is easy! Simply reach out to us with your event date, location, and the type of celebration you’re planning. We’ll help you choose the package that best fits your event, send over your agreement, and once your agreement is signed and your 50% retainer is received, your date is officially reserved.
Yes! We require a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement to officially reserve your date. Until both are received, your date remains available for other clients to book.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, holiday events, and popular dates in the Lake Tahoe-Reno and Northern Nevada areas. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when we’re available, booking early gives you the best chance of securing your preferred date and package.
Absolutely! We understand that event plans can change as your date gets closer. If you’d like to add additional hours, prints, a guest book, props, or another add-on, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
We offer modern, professional photo booth experiences designed for different types of events. Our Social Booth is perfect for smaller, intimate celebrations, while our Premier Package is designed for larger weddings and corporate events. We also offer Brand Activation experiences and our Travel Booth for remote and destination events.
Absolutely! We love creating experiences that feel personal to your event. Depending on your package, we can customize elements such as photo designs and branding to complement your wedding, corporate event, celebration, or special occasion.
Yes! We offer physical photo strip prints as well as a 4x6 print add-on, depending on the package you select. Physical prints give your guests a fun, tangible keepsake they can take home and enjoy long after your event.
We proudly serve Northern Nevada, including Carson City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas. We also travel for destination and remote events throughout the Sierra Nevada Mountains, including destinations such as Yosemite and Mammoth Mountain.
Absolutely! We travel up to 50 miles for local events from Carson City, NV. Locations beyond 50 miles may require an additional travel fee. For destination weddings, remote mountain venues, and events farther from our local service area, we recommend booking our Travel Booth Package.
Yes! If your event location doesn't have convenient access to power, we offer an Off-Grid Power Add-On using portable electric power. This is especially helpful for outdoor weddings, mountain venues, remote gatherings, and other off-the-beaten-path events.
Yes, outdoor events can be accommodated depending on the location and conditions. Because our equipment needs to be protected from the elements, we’ll work with you to determine the best setup location and any requirements needed to keep your photo booth experience running smoothly. Desert Glow Photos does not refund for inclement weather. We also cannot guarantee photo quality due to inconsistent lighting outside. We recommend having a backup plan for location in the event of inclement weather.
We require a dedicated 15 or 20 amp 120v (USA Standard) three-prong outlet for power, and a 10x10x10 space for setup. The actual unit will be set back roughly 4-7 feet from the backdrop. If you have props, we also will need additional space for a table up to 6 feet (table to be provided by client).
